Healing Keys

Trust 2

Trust uses the power of our mind in a focused and unified way. It embodies the knowledge that in spite of how things look now, only good will emerge.

The power and energy of the mind has to be invested someplace, and using it in a positive way can begin to heal illness. If the power of the mind is not being invested positively, then it will be invested negatively.

As soon as we put the power of our mind toward anything in a positive way, it begins to work, at times paradoxically, to heal our hidden conflict or to develop the situation toward success.

Trust is one of the great healing principles that can resolve any problem, and so it’s inner knowing of a positive outcome establishes a new level of confidence in ourselves, the situation and heaven. Trust generates the willingness to allow the situation to unfold easily and truly.

Trust is not naïve. It does not deny unpleasant feelings or information in a way that would lead to heartbreak. Instead, trust acknowledges and accepts the situation as it is, yet invests the power of the mind and chooses a positive outcome.

It recognizes that any situation that is not fully happy is not ultimately the truth. Trust brings about truth. It relieves us of stress and worry and does not invest in anything that can be fearful, conflicted and crippling.

The power of knowing that all will be well, because it will end well, is both a relief and a release. Trust and faith reestablish bonding and reintegrate the areas of the mind that have been fractured and are in conflict. This brings about the peace from which health and all good things spring.
