Metaphor A to Z

Urethritis

Urethritis is the result of an inflammation of the urethra, which is the passage through which urine is excreted from the bladder.

Having urethritis reflects feelings of irritation. We suppress feelings of tantrum, boredom, depression or victimization, only to have them show up as physical symptoms.

There may also be repressed sexual guilt that could be the result of early sexual exploration and our experience of parental, societal or religious judgments of such actions.
