Congestion /Sinusitis
Congestion or sinusitis is an inflammation of the membranes of the nasal sinuses.
It reflects emotional congestion, which is an emotional clogging of unprocessed feelings.
What are we sighing about? We have hidden certain emotions through denial and dissociation.
Sinusitis is telling us that an old, chronic sadness has come up for healing in the present.
