Metaphor A to Z

Nausea and Vomiting

Vomiting is the ejection of partially digested material from the stomach via the mouth and nausea is feeling as if we need to vomit.

It means we are letting go of something that we are in conflict with and feel that we can’t stomach.

We’re in resistance to something that we feel is emotionally toxic and therefore physically poisonous.
