Insomnia is the inability to fall asleep or stay asleep throughout the night. It suggests that we have an overactive mind.
We are trying to do everything on our own rather than allowing grace into our life to help. We have difficulty screening information, prioritizing, focusing and letting go.
We have an obsession or fixation with an issue; or possibly we have a fear of our dreams. We are feeling restless and/or impatient spiritually, emotionally or intellectually.
We may be pushing ourselves to try and help in an area that we are not called to. There may also be resistance to receiving inner guidance.
