Infection is an invasion of microorganisms in the body’s tissues, meaning that there is a war zone in the body.
Infection reflects resistance to the call for change and getting into a fight to delay ourselves. We are feeling invaded and victimized, and are attempting to fight back.
The area of the body infected can give us further clues as to the metaphor of the illness.
