Mononucleosis (Glandular Fever)
Mononucleosis is a viral infection usually transmitted through kissing; it is commonly known as the ‘kissing disease.’
It can come about due to feelings of loss, loneliness, meaninglessness and depression. We feel lost, out of place, enervated and are attempting to deal with the situation through withdrawal.
We are sleeping a lot as this helps us to avoid some vital issue that we need to face, such as relationship or sexuality.
Because of some shattered dream or a fear that a dream or fantasy won’t be realized, we are afraid to go forward.
