Bedwetting (Enuresis)

Urination in our bed means that we are feeling overwhelmed by emotions that we may not be fully conscious of during the day.

Our emotions are bigger than our sense of control over them, and enuresis represents where they become too much for us.

Children are often affected by this symptom, as they haven’t yet developed effective emotional coping strategies and therefore are more susceptible to overwhelm.

Sometimes the emotions come from the unconscious mind as an issue pushes itself to the surface.
