Cellulite - Fat

Cellulite is fat that is stored in body tissue until needed.

Excess fat on the body pertains to carrying excess and unnecessary energy. This is the result of unhealed sacrifice patterns and our desire to hide. It is part of the sacrifice-indulgence vicious cycle.

Storing excess fat is one of the ways that we attempt to hide our true self, our true power, our purpose and our sexuality.

We are substituting food for love, bonding and creativity.

Overeating is a way to tranquilize emotional pain and fear that may be pushing up from family or unconscious issues.
