Canker Sores

Canker sores are an ulceration of the oral mucosa.

This reflects problems with receiving, or an unspoken complaint.

The grievances we have about the level of nurturing coming to us are actually self-judgments or judgments against others.

We are trying to hold back from communication for fear of attacking.
