Depression has been classified by the World Health Organization as the greatest health problem in the world today. Depression may involve feelings of sadness, dejection, melancholy, enervation and victimization. It stems from a loss we haven’t gotten over.
Closely associated with a lack of self-esteem, depression is our refusal to go on in life after experiencing a loss, a shattered dream or a major disappointment.
