Anxiety
is a feeling of apprehension or dread that can be experienced on many levels. It ranges from the general feeling of uneasiness, to a disorder where persistent anxiety is experienced as panic attacks. A sufficiently high enough level of anxiety triggers the ‘fight or flight’ response of adrenaline, which is an instinctive reaction for survival.
Anxiety attacks are a result of seepage from the unconscious mind, resulting in generalized or undifferentiated fear. We feel threatened and anxiety is the natural instinctive response to the threat. Anxiety is a misperception that comes from undifferentiated, unconscious fears and ancestral issues.
