This is a symptom in which the abdomen becomes bloated or distended, and it can be caused by many factors. Having this symptom indicates that we are holding on to something in an extreme way. We are holding on to such a degree that the very substances that were meant to nourish us are now souring and fermenting inside.
It may be that we feel overwhelmed by work or sacrifice in our life. We may be demanding to have some need met before we move forward.
Whether it’s because we fear loosing something, or simply that we’re holding on to the past, we are using our needs to avoid moving forward in our life.
